Blanca's Touch (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it when you use our website and place orders.

• Account information: if you create an account, your email, display name, order history, and saved custom blends.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To fulfill and ship your orders.
• To send transactional emails: order confirmations, shipping updates, and refund notices.
• To respond to support requests.
• To save your custom blends for reordering, if you have an account.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your data with third parties for advertising.

Service providers

We use Stripe for payment processing, Google Firebase for accounts and data storage, and Resend for transactional email. Each provider processes your data only as needed to provide their service.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time by emailing hello@blancas-touch.com. We retain order records as required for tax and accounting purposes.
