These terms govern your use of the Blanca's Touch website and your purchases from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

We sell handcrafted spice blends and custom blends mixed to order. Product images are illustrative; small variations in color and texture are normal for small-batch goods. Ingredient lists and allergen information are shown on each product page and on the label of every jar.

Allergens

Our blends are produced in a kitchen that also handles common allergens, including sesame and mustard. If you have a severe allergy, review the ingredient list on each product and contact us before ordering.

Custom blends

Custom blends are made to your specification and mixed by hand. Because they are personalized products, custom blends are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Pre-orders

Some items are sold as pre-orders. Your card is charged at the time of purchase and the estimated ship date is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
